If you do not reside in Florida, or you want to maintain your personal privacy, Blue Planet Offices, Inc. can act as your registered agent for only $49.00 per year, plus a non-refundable deposit of $20.00 for postage delivery of documents sent to your corporation. Official communications, service of process and similar documents will be sent certified mail. You can make a larger deposit if you want us to use Federal Express or UPS. Delivery deposits above $20 are refundable at the end of the yearly service period should you decide to change registered agents.
